Founded by David and Jan Hanson, Lucky H is a heartfelt blend of passion and expertise. Jan, a professional showjumper, and David, a skilled reiner, met through their shared love for animals and their professional journeys. Their bond deepened in 2021 when David gifted Jan a Brahman bull from the renowned V8 Ranch in Boling, Texas, as a birthday present, sparking the foundation of their Brahman cattle operation.

In 2022, they moved to their new home, complete with a larger than life chicken coop, which ignited Jan’s passion for raising free-range chickens and selling fresh, cage-free eggs. Their cattle operation has grown with the addition of multiple quality Brahman cows, and in 2025 they introduced the Holland Lop bunny operation as well. Together with their goats and dedicated livestock guardian dog, they’ve created a fantasy-like small farm, where love, care, and harmony come together in every corner.
